Your Waverlen purchase is covered for manufacturing defects for 60 days, starting on the day you receive your goods.
What we cover
This cover applies to faults in materials or manufacture. If you notice a suspected defect, our team will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
How to get help
Email support@waverlen.com with your order number, or other proof of purchase, and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us assess the issue where possible.
If a return is necessary for a covered manufacturing defect, we will arrange it at our expense.
Care and everyday wear
Ordinary wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, alterations and damage caused by not following the supplied care instructions are not manufacturing defects. Using or washing your towels does not, by itself, invalidate a genuine defect claim.
Guarantee and returns
The 60-day cover concerns manufacturing defects, rather than returns for any reason. Change-of-mind returns follow the separate cancellation conditions explained in our policy.
Your statutory rights
Your statutory rights are not affected and may continue beyond the 60-day period.
