Where we deliver
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and UK islands.
Delivery charges
Enjoy free standard UK delivery when your merchandise subtotal after discounts is £74 or more. For orders below £74, delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you place your order.
Processing and delivery times
Order processing normally takes 1–2 working days. Standard delivery is estimated to take a further 4–9 working days after processing.
These times are estimates. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and relevant public holidays.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders may be dispatched directly by our fulfilment partners outside the United Kingdom. The carrier depends on your order and destination. Where tracking is available, we will provide the relevant details.
Import charges
Waverlen arranges any applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges for UK deliveries we accept. You should not be required to pay these in addition to your order total.
Need help with your delivery?
If your parcel is delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged or a carrier requests an import payment, email support@waverlen.com. We will help resolve the issue.
For an address correction or cancellation before dispatch, contact orders@waverlen.com as soon as possible. Changes may no longer be possible once fulfilment has begun, but your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
